Bomb Bomb Accessory Skirt (HQ compatible)

I always wanted to make an accessory kinda skirt, that can be used with other skirts or shorts. In the end, I decided to put it in the Gloves section, so you can use it with the skirts and shorts you already haven in the game. :)
Inspired by Blackpink’s Lisa and her outfit on the Samsung Galaxy Event.
